Convenient location, 5 mins from Camp Nou and Maria Christina subway. Clean and tidy with two types of pillows. Friendly staff and quick check-in/out. Excellent sound isolation and Wi-Fi. Good breakfast buffet with champagne.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. Parking was available and transportation was convenient. It was located close to the sights in the Ramble area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the underground, making it easy to explore the city. It is also within walking distance to the stadium, perfect for sports enthusiasts. The tapas restaurant nearby offers delicious food and a great dining experience.

There were some issues with the wifi, which made it difficult to have a reliable connection throughout the hotel.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was wonderful! the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the rooms were modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. the location was also great, being conveniently close to the metro station and in a safe and quiet area. we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

The service at Hotel Sofia Barcelona, In The Unbound Collection By Hyatt was exceptional! We were warmly welcomed by the staff who made us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully designed, with high-tech features and incredibly comfortable beds. The bathrooms were spacious and luxurious, offering a relaxing ambiance. The pool area was lovely and perfect for unwinding, and the gym was well-maintained and never crowded. The in-room dining was outstanding, with delicious meals delivered right to our door. The bar staff were friendly and made the most amazing strawberry mojito, even though it wasn't on the menu. the service and attention to detail at this hotel were top-notch.

The hotel could improve the quantity of food served from the room service menu and consider providing tea and coffee making facilities with proper cups.

The location, close to metro/tram stops and Camp Nou, is perfect for getting around. The rooms are sublime and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere and decor are fantastic, and the spa is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city and attending events at the nearby stadium. We found it easy to get to any destination thanks to the conveniently located metro station nearby. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with an impressive selection of pillows for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious; a must-try for foodies. The library/coffee shop and bar are lovely spaces perfect for relaxation.

The prices for food and drinks are quite high, meaning eating within the hotel could be costly.

The Great room is spacious with automatic lamps and discreet lighting. King Room Suite is amazing with a great breakfast buffet. Staff provided excellent customer service, especially on our 20th Anniversary. Great location for medical appointments.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff provided luxurious service with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a sauna, health club, and a full-body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. the live entertainment and restaurant provided exceptional dining experiences that surpassed all expectations. the location near the city centre and shopping malls provided easy access to all the sights.

The lack of a private facility. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were available to all guests, which made relaxation more challenging.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury! From the moment I arrived, the staff attended to my every wish with a big smile and great service. the spa centre was absolutely exquisite, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi that made my stay even more relaxing. I was particularly pleased with the live entertainment and massage options that were top-notch. My suite had exclusive amenities like a beautiful sun terrace and private facilities that made me feel like royalty. the restaurant served delicious dinner and breakfast, with a fantastic range of buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

The only minor issue was that the leisure/TV room was not as large as I expected, but the other facilities more than made up for it. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided me with an unforgettable experience.

The rooms were high-tech and comfortable with luxurious beds. The gym was very nice and the location is convenient for shopping and access to IESE Business School. The staff, especially Alexiane and Sofia, were exceptionally warm and friendly. I recommend this hotel.
